Day Pass Voucher  

Terms and Conditions 

1. 1. The day pass voucher that has given to you is for one-time use only. 

2. 2. It cannot be duplicated nor be converted to cash. 

   3. If you have 3,5, or 7-day passes, you should enjoy your gym access for 3/5/7 consecutive days only.

3. 4. You may activate your day pass by your chosen branch. It shall only apply to ONE CLUB that you have selected. 

4. 5. Make sure that the club manager of your selected branch is present when you start to use your day pass. Kindly message their Official Facebook page for appointment.

6. 6. You are only allowed to use the day pass during their staff hours.

   7. Only non-members and former members can redeem day pass vouchers. Existing members cannot redeem day pass vouchers.

7. 8. Guests availing this day pass is bound to the rules and regulations of Anytime Fitness clubs. 

8. 9. Day passes without a serial number and signature of approval will not be accepted. 

9. 10. After your day pass has ended, you may apply for a membership to continue working out in Anytime Fitness.
